Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not encourage returns or exchanges unless for valid reasons such as receiving a damaged item or the wrong product being shipped.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with order details and images of the issue.

Refunds

  • If a return is approved due to damage or incorrect shipment, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
